Milne Point R Pad

In winter of 2023 Cruz installed a 21.5 acre gravel pad approximately 40 miles west of Deadhorse. Mine Site E cell development resulted in the removal of 312,390 CY of overburden, and mining 290,372 CY of gravel for the pad installation. Construction of a 40’ gravel haul ice road between Mine Site E and Moose Pad, and an ice road section between Moose Pad and Raven Pad, safely accommodated the additional traffic during the gravel haul. Cruz returned in the summer to rework the gravel for final compaction.
