Jeff Miller, general manager
After receiving his construction engineering management degree from Oregon State University, Jeff moved to Alaska and started his professional career with Wilder Construction. He moved to Cruz in 2004 and has helped establish and expand the company’s position in the heavy civil and oil field services market. For more than a decade he has managed projects in various parts of the U.S. with his primary focus being rural Alaska. Jeff enjoys the abundant recreational and occupational opportunities Alaska has to offer his wonderful wife, and three children.
Kevin Barnhart, superintendent
Kevin Barnhart is a lifelong Alaskan with 27 years experience in the construction industry. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, trapping and spending time with his grandchildren. Kevin believes a successful project requires good planning, good employees, and a taking care of your people.
Tony Lamping, project manager
Tony Lamping is a project manager for Cruz with 14 years of construction experience. He has 7 years of experience working in remote Alaska on logistically challenging projects.
Randy Krieg, Superintendent
Adam J. Caswell, Project Manager
Adam Caswell joined Cruz Construction in 2011 as a project manager responsible for various projects around the state of Alaska. Adam's professional career includes ten years of heavy civil construction and three years of mining experience. Most of Adam's work has involved managing and supervising the construction of airports, bridges, highways, sand and gravel operations, and mining development. Adam is a life-long Alaskan and earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Aaron Shelley, Chief Estimator
Aaron Shelley was raised in Douglas, Alaska and has worked and lived in Southcentral Alaska most of his professional career. He graduated from Oregon State University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Management and a minor in Business Administration. Aaron has managed numerous heavy civil construction projects in capacities including project engineer, project manager, controller, and chief estimator. Aaron spends his time away from work with his wife and three daughters enjoying all that Alaska has to offer.
Dusty Webber, Project Manager
Dusty Webber is a project manager with experience in both civil and oilfield projects. He joined Cruz in 2008 and has worked on several projects throughout the state of Alaska. He earned a degree in Construction Management at Central Washington University and enjoys the opportunities and challenges of working and living in Alaska.
